Ideal candidates will have experience in appliance maintenance and repair, electrical wiring and troubleshooting, HVAC, or another mechanical or technical field. 

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair high-end residential appliances, including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Cove, Scotsman, and Best brands
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding diagnoses, repairs, and recommendations
• Research and order parts using company software systems
• Remove and reinstall appliances as needed for repair or replacement
• Maintain truck stock inventory in accordance with company guidelines and standards
